Q1 - How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship worldwide from China (Guangzhou) daily except Sunday and Public Holidays.
Your order(s) will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is received / cleared.
7 to 18 business days:
USA, UK, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea.
14 to 30 business days:
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Western and Northern Europe.
However, due to customs inspection, weather & traffic conditions, festive season, etc, there is a chance that your parcel may may be delayed by 5 to 10 business days.
For the countries that are not listed above, shipping time may takes 20 to 40 business days (mostly due to strict customs inspection or slow local postal service).
Q2 - How long does it take to ship out the order?
We are open Monday - Saturday for processing.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on working days. If an item is a special order item, please add 1-3 days extra time. If an item is out of stock and it will take more than a couple days to arrive we will notify you.

Q5 - How do i track my order?
When your parcel is delivered, we will send you an email to tell you about it.
if you want to track your order, You can email us the order number, we can check the shipping information and reply to you within 24 hours
Q6 - I do not see my country listed. Can you ship to my country?
We only ship to certain countries. If you do not see yours listed than we do not ship to it.
